Jill Antunes
Jill Antunes moved from the Philadelphia area 16 years ago to Salem, Oregon, where she resides with her husband Carl and four cats. She has been doing technical writing for businesses and nonprofits for more than 20 years and now wishes to write for more general audiences such as those for Suite 101.
She holds a BA in English from the Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, where she graduated in the Honors Program and with High Distinction. She has published general news and feature articles for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Germantown Courier newspapers.
She enjoys quilting, listening to jazz, walking, and reading. Her interests also include gardening, cooking, and caring for the environment as well as people and other living things. Although she has no children, she is an enthusiastic aunt to her niece, three nephews, and three grandnephews.
